We offer yearly package rates for our In-Water Slip customers. Our Rack systems are rented on a seasonal basis, using separate Winter and Summer contracts. This allows you to more easily specify the services you wish... without paying for the ones you do not need! With Rack storage you don't need bottom paint and we put your boat in the water whenever you need it (no extra charge).

We offer Slips in all-inclusive Yearly Packages that provide what other marinas charge extra for. No surprises. Our slips have fresh water and shore power. Service below is included in Yearly Package:
